Jimmy Carter seems to be of a mind that ligter skinned folks are racist...period...when interacting with darker skinned folks. Maybe its a personal projection from his mind/heart onto others. I mean this guy indulges and supports the most vile haters of Jews and call Israeli Jews racists, and then nary a peep of racism, opposition to Obama is clearly mostly racist.
