A beautiful summer day today, Saturday, August 4.

I sat in my garden
under the Maple tree,
sipping a beautifully coloured
peach schnaps, orange and
cranberry cocktail
and listened to Gershwin's Summertime.
Again and again.

It all happened.
But not in this cluster, or order.
Not in this harmonious way.
But this is how I wish to remember today.
