What an honour - to have been selected for this exciting challenge! Thank you for this & also for allowing me to do it 'in my own good time' for I fear I may need some, to knock it down to five...
Of late, I've been trying to keep a low blogging profile - partly because I'm worried about the comments to my last post (I'm fearful of being reprimanded by the powers that be for keeping them up there, while at the same time also wanting a reason to get turfed out of my union, given how the activist list is still being dominated by this!); and partly because this whole boycott business has made me horribly late with all my work deadlines so I'm trying to get myself some peace from the whole thing for a bit (not succeeding) in order to get stuff done in the 'real' world.
Thanks for giving me something fun to think about. I'll be in touch again soon, with my answers.

Thanks Noga and Bob, for the solidarity! I've not been reprimanded...YET!
Still mulling this fine challenge... It's been fun thinking about it but I'm no nearer to figuring out which are THE BIG FIVE... It's so hard! I'm going to give myself a few more days and, if I'm no nearer, I'll just go for whatever seems to have settled by then as the 5 most influential.
